Chernivtsi is the most comfortable city to live in

According to a sociological analysis Chernivtsi got the first place in rating of the most comfortable cities to live in. Interestingly, Chernivtsi received average reviews in all respects, but in the end, proved to be a leader. It should be noted that the rating was estimated urban population, pre-school education and secondary education of residents, medical conditions utility services, as well as the level of development of local infrastructure. So it is worth considering the possibility of purchasing real esate in Chernivtsi-region. Another surprise for sociologists were high rates of Crimean cities, as far as Yalta took third place ranking, Sevastopol was 15, Kerch took 17 place, and Evpatoria closed top twenty cities. We must admit that no Ukrainian region can glory such results.
