Press service of the Kharkiv Regional State Administration informed us about plans of the Governor Mikhail Dobkin to increase rental rates for the land. He mentioned that today 1 hectare of land can be rented for 677 UAH, when in comparison with the prices of 2011, rental rates increased by 310 UAH. Such a positive result of the last year inspired the governor, and he considered that in a while the average cost of 1 ha of leased land in Kharkiv would cost 1000 UAH.
Dobkin also added that the process of the land prices growth must be "feasible". In his view, high level of prices can be achieved only by entrepreneurs’ good harvests and income growth.
I wonder if most employers are willing to pay 1000 UAH per 1 ha of
land in Kharkiv?
