The ground areas in Volhynia region will be sold at an auction

The Head of the State Agency of land resources of the region Vasily Vasilenko announced about the initiation of the land auctions. 46 non-agricultural ground areas with total area of 80.6364 hectares are already prepared for sale. Six lots of the land with an area of 1.6832 hectares will be sold, and forty lands (78.9532 hectares) will be given for rent. Moreover, the lots of 198 state-owned lands for agricultural purposes with an area of 5255.532 hectares have been generated. The lands of Kamin’-Kashyrsky, Lyubeshivsky and Starovyzhivsky regions will not be displayed on an auction. The State Agency of land resources of the region reported that 122 business entity can not exercise their right due to lack of mechanism for registration of rights to land, appealed to the authorities of the regional council to lease land reserve for state-owned agricultural commodity production.
