The luxury resort town probably will be built near Odessa

Recently, the management of LLC "Green cape" made a special offer to City Hall of Yuzhny, town located in the Odessa region. It was proposed to build a new resort town on the coast near Sychavskoho rate. In terms of the project a construction of four-storey hotel, a luxury apartment complex, a restaurant with a terrace, a boathouse and a mechanical lift are planned to be built. Moreover, it is also proposed to create a construction of multiple dwellings such as cottages and skyscrapers of different heights. Authors of the project will create a massive infrastructure and entertainment venues for residents and visitors. By April 4th the project is available for review at City Hall, and later it will be put on trial in the city council.
