Experts about the property market of Spain

Spanish bankers announce that the flourishing real estate market in the country will begin in 2014, when investment in residential real estate will grow by 2.1%. However, it is unknown what effect on the investment climate will have such innovations as the "bad bank" problem assets and an increase in VAT on new buildings. It should be noted that the experts look optimistically at the real estate market in Spain as the country quickly recovers after the crisis.
